What’s his story? Ahiezer starts the story with the opinion that wealth is the root of all evil. He’s envious, bitter, jealous, and idealistic. But he wants to help the poor, so we’re rooting for him. He learns that wealth doesn't make a person evil, and we shouldn't be envious of anyone.
